If you’re unable to purchase a subscription, or use premium subscription features in the Splash Music & Beatmaker application, please try the following steps:
- Check to make sure that you are logged in to the correct account.
- Verify that your payment method is up to date.
- Check that your subscription has not expired or been canceled.
- Ensure any parental controls are disabled, or allow in-app purchases through the content filter.
- Force close the app and try restarting it.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
- If the problem persists, contact Splash Support for assistance.
Please keep in mind that 7 day trials on the monthly subscription tier are only able to be used once per user account.
If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly, please contact Splash Support via email at support@splashmusic.com with as much information as possible to that we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
