You are able to sign up for a subscription by selecting a pack and then tapping "Unlock All Sounds". Next, select a monthly or annual subscription and follow the prompts on your device to purchase the subscription through your App Store.
You can verify that you have an active subscription my selecting the "My Profile" tab and check that there is a golden badge next to your artist name.
