- Check to make sure that your device's software is up to date, and that you’re running the latest version of the app.
- Verify that your device is connected to a stable internet connection.
- Disable your VPN or ad-blocking software on your device or router.
- Ensure parental controls are disabled, or allow ads through the content filter.
