If the Splash Music & Beatmaker application keeps crashing/freezing on your device, is slow to load/lagging, please try the following steps:
- Check to make sure that your device's software is up to date, and that you’re running the latest version of the app.
- Force close the app and try restarting it.
- Restart your device.
- Check your device's RAM and storage to make sure that you have enough resources available to run the app.
- Disable any background applications that may be taking up resources.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
- If the problem persists, contact Splash Support for assistance.
Please keep in mind that the Splash Music & Beatmaker application is designed for devices running Android 9 or later, as well as devices running iOS/iPad OS 13.6 or later.
