About Custom Mixes
The Custom Mix feature offers a unique way to create your own sound by allowing you to choose up to 4 different music packs and combine them together. By combining the sounds of multiple packs, you can create a truly unique and personalized musical experience tailored to your own preferences.
To ensure that you are using the most up-to-date information on the pack metadata, please refer to the pack database via this link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1SfEAfuMBrRg7gf9_ksQ1PP6kLqR_p7MgMkFvYjJXNiY/edit?usp=sharing.
About Music Pack Compatibility
- Any of the Splatter BPM buckets
- The native BPM
- Double or half of any of those
- Native 200 BPM packs can now be mixed with native 100 BPM packs of the same key
- Native 120 BPM packs can be mixed with native 60 BPM packs of the same key, or packs with Splatter BPM of 60 (and visa versa)
- Native 100 BPM packs can now be mixed with 180 BPM packs (100 gets transcoded into 90 and can then be mixed with 180 BPM packs, both native and Splatter)
BPM Selector
In some cases there are multiple BPMs available for a mix to be made in. This is especially prevalent for packs that fall into the 120 BPM bucket. There is now an option to choose which BPM you would like if there is more than 1 available. Simply tap on one of the BPM options in the Custom Mix pack selection screen, if available.
Searching for Music Packs
You can now search for packs on the search screen with --
parameter style flags. These flags can be included after the search term or instead of a search term, for example:
- Search for all 200 bpm packs:
---bpm 200
- Search for 180 bpm house packs:
house --bpm 180
--mode major|minor|phyrigian|any other supported mode
BPM
--bpm 100|200|etc
