We have a system that protects our users against most copyright claims and Content ID flags. However sometimes, these types of claims can make it through the cracks.
In these circumstances, here are some steps you can take to appeal the issue, broken down by social media channel:
YOUTUBE
Ensure that you have no other copyright violations in your video and that the issue is due to the music you used. If you think the music is what is prompting the notification, then follow the links below.
- Dispute the copyright strike / claim via your YouTube studio account: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2797454?sjid=3159097371119422369-AP. Provide our Splash Pro Terms of Use as proof that you have the correct license to commercialise with the music you created using our service.
- If you haven’t had the issue resolved, contact us via the Splash Pro support chatbot with the following information:
- Links of the videos that YT is saying have been copyright violated
- Links to your video(s) that have had the copyright claims/strikes on them
